-Receive reservations through phone, email or walk-in.
-Perform an accurate check in and check out process.
-Provides all necessary information to guests (e.g. tours, directions, place recommendations).
-Deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
-Comply with Hotel standards, policies and ethics.

-Degree or Diploma in any field.
-Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
-Third language ability (Chinese etc.) is advantageous on salary negotiation.
-Good Personality & Interaction.
-Dynamic, Enthusiasm, Self-Motivated.
-Service Oriented with attention to details.
